How to contact Boards.ie

Where do you go if you have a question for Boards.ie about your account, about something on the site or just to give a suggestion or feedback? It’s quite simple really:

# People help – the Help Desk forum:

The central point for help on Boards.ie is the Help Desk forum. This is for queries you can’t find an answer to in the FAQ.

There are a lot of helpful people on the forum – members who have been here for years, moderators who can quickly deal with your query and the benevolent site admins who help the moderators with the running of  their forums. Our technical and community management teams check in as well, helping out if needs be.

It’s simple to create a post and get answers in the Help Desk. If you have a technical issue with your account or indeed the Boards.ie site, you can post the problem there for our technical team or admins to investigate.

Also, if you wish to appeal a moderator decision, you can do so if your communication with the moderator in question hasn’t resolved the matter. Your posts will only be open for comment to those the admins think can help resolve the situation.

# Email help – the Community Managers:

If your query can’t be resolved either via the FAQ or the Help Desk first, you can also use our contact us page:

Here you can submit and email to Dav and me, the Boards.ie Community Managers, about one of the following:

  • If you have a query about your Boards.ie account that you can’t find help to on the Help Desk or in the FAQ
  • If your company would like to work with Boards.ie
  • If someone has posted about something about you or your company that you’d like to respond to
  • If your query is different to any of those

If all that fails, you can also drop us an email at hello@boards.ie and we can try help you out. Due to the large volume of emails we get though, we would urge you to go to helpdesk first. You’re far more likely to get a prompt response.

Emails are monitored Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and we ask at least one working day to respond.
